I lost (or never got) my Admission Ticket. Can I get into the test center without one? When and where do I go to take my tests?
If you don't have an Admission Ticket, here is what you should do:
1. Confirm that you are registered to take the ASE tests. There are two ways to do that -
A. If you have an account on myASE, just log on and click on the "Certification Status" tab. Scroll down to the section labeled "Your Current Registrations." Your upcoming tests will be listed, along with the test center and date. If you don't already have an account on myASE, you can create one now and view your records in 30 minutes. Click here to go to myASE.
B. If you don't have an account on myASE, or if you still have questions, call the ASE Help Desk from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time, Monday - Friday. The phone number is (319) 337-1433. The agent will confirm whether you are registered, and give you the test date and test center location.
2. Find the Test Center and show up on time. If you don't know where the test center is, you can find the street address and link to a Yahoo! map using our Test Center Locator. Click here to go to the locator.
Testing at all test centers starts promptly at 7 pm (local time), so be sure to leave early enough to allow for traffic delays, find a parking place, and find the testing room. You should arrive for check-in by 6:45 pm. Late arrivals will not be admitted after 7 pm.
3. Bring your photo ID and #2 pencils. You do not have to present an admission ticket to get into the test center. The testing staff will have your name on their test roster. Everyone is REQUIRED to present a current government- or school-issued photo ID. If you forget your ID (or your wallet was stolen, etc.) you will NOT be allowed to take the tests.
