Getting Noticed

I spent part of my early career as a Service Manager at a Fiat dealership (yes, I was a Fiat Service Manager named Tony—I have heard it all). There, I learned the value of promoting the expertise my shop and my technicians provided in solving problems.

I found that when we took extra time to clearly explain to our customers what service they needed and why they needed it, it helped them understand the value of what they were paying for – and that increased our value to them too, as shown by an increase in repeat customers.

How do you let the world know that your business and your people are the best?  Do you mention your ASE Certification?
