Volvo Car USA LLC is experiencing tremendous growth and there is a strong demand for qualified technicians. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification Tests and the new Volvo Certified Level Test offer current Volvo technicians and technicians interested in a career with a Volvo retailer the opportunity to show their commitment to quality.

Volvo Car USA LLC in conjunction with ASE is pleased to announce the Volvo Certified Level Test. The test is available to purchase via the myASE portal.

  • Technicians interested in joining a Volvo retailer can include their Volvo Certified Level Test results in their application as a key indicator of their competence and their Volvo specific skill set.
  • By passing the Volvo Certified Level Test, existing Volvo technicians can receive equivalency toward any four A1-A8 professional-level ASE tests as one requirement toward the Volvo Certified* rating.

*The Volvo Certified Level Test will not count toward achieving Master or Expert Level requirements.
