Audi
The Audi Service Core Process is meant to deliver an optimal Audi Service Experience for our customers. By creating individual customer experiences as well as delivering repeatable experiences, we believe this will build customer relationships and trust. This is all part of our mission to best serve our customers’ needs and expectations. Audi Technician training is an integral part of the Audi Service Core Process.

ASE and Audi
Audi Technician training is crucial to the Audi Service Core Process and, by requiring ASE certification prior to some training courses, Audi technicians are better prepared to grasp the concepts taught in our Instructor led training. ASE has a history of high standards of measuring the knowledge of technicians that matches Audi’s high standards. This knowledge assists the technician to “fix it right the first time” and deliver a premium service experience to inspire customer enthusiasm and create Audi fans.
ASE Certification for Audi Technicians
New for 2021, Audi is requiring ASE Certification of A1 and A6 for our Fast Track entry level course for new Audi technicians. By demonstrating the knowledge needed to attain the A1 and A6 ASE Certification, new Audi technicians can prove they have a good basic knowledge of skills and information needed to participate in our instructor led training without slowing the course pace.
The Audi Fast Track Program is where all Audi Technician certification levels begin whether the technician is new in the field or brings technical experience from another brand.

Technical Readiness
Fast Track pre-qualification:
New technicians to the brand need to complete the Fast Track program to achieve the Apprentice Certification Level. This training program provides base level Audi knowledge to get a technician started. Once they have completed Fast Track, they can work towards achieving Specialist, Expert, Master, and Master Guild specialties to progress their career.
New for 2021 is a Fast Track pre-qualification. This program will ensure that the technicians that are coming into the Fast Track program have a base level of automotive knowledge. This is a crucial step in the development of technicians. There will be two paths to be eligible to register for, and attend, Fast Track instructor led training as indicated below:
Path 1-
The participant has completed two ASE certification tests (A1 and A6). Once the participant has successfully completed these tests/certifications they will be eligible to register for the FAST TRACK program.
Path 2-
The participant has completed a FAST TRACK program pretest through the Audi CRC. This pretest will ensure the participant possess the base knowledge required to successfully complete the FAST TRACK program and return to the dealer with the skills required to service Audi vehicles and delight customers. If a participant is unable to successfully complete the pretest they may need additional automotive training.
