It’s a win-win: you sharpen your skills, and we invest in your success. Please contact your manager to get started on your ASE Certifications.
We recommend the ASE Certifications are taken in this order:

- Maintenance & Light Repair: G1
- *Advanced Level: L1

*To become certified in most specialty areas, you must pass one or more of the certification tests and have two or more years of hands-on work experience. In some cases, formal training can substitute for part of the work experience requirement.
**Advanced-Level certification (tests L1) requires an additional year of experience beyond the two-year Repair Technician requirement, for a total of three years.
