The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) has been commissioned to conduct a series of studies to identify and understand which repair tasks automotive service technicians perform most frequently.
The initial survey is focused on gasoline engine repair tasks. The survey answers will help drive the content of technical training and certification standards across the industry. Participants do not need to be ASE Certified to take the survey.
As a thank you, ASE will randomly award $500 Snap-on ® gift cards to five lucky individuals who share their time and experience by taking the survey. For more information and to take the survey, click here.
